Pickup Truck Accident On I-5 Kills Chehalis Man; Possible DUI

A head-on collision on Interstate Five near Woodland killed a 26-year-old Chehalis man this morning.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the driver of a Dodge pickup veered into the opposite lane in the highway's northbound lanes when it smashed into a truck driven by Steven Odum of Newport, Oregon. Odum was taken to a hospital with cuts and bruises.
The Chehalis man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers say alcohol was a factor.
