A woman was waiting at a Seattle bus stop on Tuesday night when she was stuck by a car.
According to police, the man was driving along North 85th St. when he entered the intersection with Fremont Avenue. As he approached the bus stop, the woman reportedly walked in front of the car.
The man called police to respond to the scene, and when they arrived the woman was stuck under the car.
According to a spokesman from the Seattle Police Department, although the woman appeared to be deceased, officers tried to lift the car off the woman and gave her CPR.
The name of the victim has not been released pending notification of her family. She was apparently in her twenties or early thirties.
