Police have identified the man who was killed in a head-on collision along Interstate 90 early Thanksgiving Day as Jesse Christensen of Bellevue.
Christensen was driving his 2000 Nissan Xterra along I-90 when he crashed head-on into a 2001 Chevrolet pickup driven by Anthony Brusco, 36, of Port Orchard. Christensen was headed west about 22 miles east of Seattle when the accident occurred.
Doctors listed Brusco in satisfactory condition at Harborview Medical Center Friday night.
Brusco was returning from a hunting trip when he collided with Christensen. His three dogs were riding in the back of the truck when the accident happened, but only two of them have been found.
The third dog was found alive amongst the wreckage later that night when a friend of Brusco's arrived on the scene to retrieve some items from his friend's truck.
