Police Chase Leaves Two Injured After Van Crash

On Sunday night, police were involved in a high-speed chase in south King County which ended up sending two people to the hospital.

Police were responding to a report about a speeding driver in the Renton Highlands. When they finally caught up with the auto and ran the plates, they determined that the car had been reported stolen.

As police tried to pull the car over, the driver simply continued driving and he lead police into Maple Valley. It was here that the driver lost control of the car and the accident resulted in the car flipping over twice.

The driver of the vehicle was hospitalized, along with his female passenger.
